Tour Overview:
Kedarnath Tour Package is a 4 day trip to the holy abode of Lord Shiva in Himalayas of Garhwal region in Uttarakhand. From the holy ghats of Haridwar to the peaceful heights of Kedarnath, enjoy the extraordinary beauty of Uttarakhand. Visit ancient temples, holy rivers, and wonderfull Himalayan views, making this the perfect trip for families, couples, and groups.
Detailed Itinerary:
Day 1: Delhi to Guptakashi ( 420 Km / 10 hours Drive Approx )
- Start your tour with a drive from Delhi to Guptakashi
- En route, visit the Devprayag and Dhari Devi Mandir
- Check in at your hotel in Guptakashi and enjoy a peaceful night stay.
Day 2: Guptakashi – Gaurikund – Kedarnath ( 30 km drive then 18 km trek )
- Depart from Guptakashi to Sonprayag in our comfortable vehicle.
- Proceed to Gaurikund in local public jeep.
- Take a holy dip in the hot water kund at Gaurikund.
- Begin your trek to Kedarnath (or opt for a pony, doli, or horse).
- Attend the evening aarti at Kedarnath Temple.
- Overnight stay in a Hotel or camp.
Day 3: Kedarnath – Sonprayag – Guptakashi ( 18 km trek down then 30 km drive )
- Start your day with early morning visit at Kedarnath Temple.
- Visit the Bhairav Temple and Shankaracharya Samadhi.
- Return to Sonprayag
- Drive back to Guptakashi an overnight stay.
Day 4: Guptakashi – Tungnath – delhi ( 12 km trek up and down, 510 km Drive )
- Drive back to Haridwar.
- En route, visit
- Tungnath Temple World’s Highest Shiv Temple
- End your memorable tour with a droping at Delhi
Bookings and Payments Terms:
Booking Confirmation: Confirmation of booking will happen after advance payment of ₹10,000. This can be differ according to the group size, with the payment screenshot or proof, client have to share their Aadhar card and an email ID for confirmation.
Second Payment: The second payment should be made before arrival of clients , and it will be equal to 50% of the total tour cost. After this payment, we will share the details vehicle, driver and Hotels.
Final Payment: The final payment should have to be made after reaching the first stay point on the tour.
Cancellation Policy:
If client cancels the booking before 25 days of departure date 15% cancellation fee on the total tour cost will be deducted on refund.
If client cancels the booking between 7-25 days before the departure date 50% cancellation fee on the total tour cost will be deducted on refund.
If client cancels the booking between 0-7 days before the departure date 100% cancellation fee on the total tour cost will be deducted on refund.
If activities or tours are canceled due to unforeseen circumstances like government policies or extreme weather conditions, no refunds will be issued, but alternate options may be provided.
Refund Policy: Refund will be payed between 15-25 days after the cancellation.

5-6 People: Ertiga, Innova, or Bolero.
7-8 People: Old Bolero or Tempo Traveller.
8-16 People: Tempo Traveller.
Above 16 People: Tempo Traveller or Bus.
Essential Things to Carry
Windcheaters, waterproof jackets, trousers, and shoes.
Raincoats and warm clothing (gloves, socks, mufflers).
Water bottles and basic medicines (for fever, pain, and cold).
Aadhaar card or valid ID proof.
Cash, as online payments may not work in remote areas.
Inclusions
Transportation: Comfortable private vehicle throughout the journey. Meals: Morning Meals: Aloo Paratha, Pyaz Paratha, or Mix Paratha with tea and curd, or Poha. Night Meals: Dal, Sabji, Roti, Rice, and Pickle. Accommodation: Comfortable stays in hotels or camps. All toll and parking charges.

Accommodation before pickup and after the drop-off day. Meals in Kedarnath. Train or flight tickets. Pony, doli, horse, or helicopter tickets. Lunch and any additional meals beyond the itinerary. Travel insurance. Additional expenses due to natural events, such as heavy rains or roadblocks
